ITEM offers a banner advertising service. ITEM receives approximately 100 to 200 visitors per day, and as we continue to grow we expect up to 1,000 per day. There are three ways to advertise on ITEM’s website:
Top of Page Targeted Advertising Package – For a fee of $50 per month (with a discount for multiple months), ITEM will display your banner advertisement on top of one ITEM website page. You specify the page you would like to advertise on. If there are multiple advertisers for a month, your banner will be placed in a rotation, with each banner displayed for at least 30 seconds. A top banner ad should be no more than 600 pixels wide and 100 pixels high (although ITEM may be able to deviate from this general standard in certain cases). The placement of your banner will be right below ITEM’s main (blue) navigation bar. See the table below for ordering options.
Top of Page Complete Advertising Package – For a fee of $100 per month (with a discount for multiple months), ITEM will display your banner advertisement on top of every ITEM website page. If there are multiple advertisers for a month, your banner will be placed in a rotation, with each banner displayed for at least 30 seconds. A top banner ad should be no more than 600 pixels wide and 100 pixels high (although ITEM may be able to deviate from this general standard in certain cases). The placement of your banner will be right below ITEM’s main (blue) navigation bar. Your banner will also be displayed in ITEM’s page of suggested links. See the table below for ordering options.
Side of Page Advertising Package – For a fee of $50 per month (with a discount for multiple months), ITEM will display your banner advertisement on the left-hand margin of up to 8 ITEM website pages. You specify the pages you would like to advertise on. If margin space is insufficient for the use of your banner by itself, it will be placed into a rotation, with each banner displayed for at least 30 seconds. A side banner ad should be no more than 110 pixels wide and 300 pixels high (although ITEM may be able to deviate from this general standard in certain cases). Banners may be in Flash or animated GIF format. To place your banner ad order, please fax your credit card information to ITEM at 1-888-304-ITEM or call this number to speak to a representative. After paying for your order, please email ITEM to submit your banner ad.
